By using this website or submitting a request through our form, chat, or phone, you agree to these Terms. How 615 Roofing works
615 Roofing operates as a roofing brand and a coordination and marketing service for homeowner roofing requests across Nashville and Middle Tennessee. When you reach out, we help you understand your roof, organize your request, and arrange for qualified roofing work to be carried out.
Inspections, estimates, repairs, replacements, warranties, insurance claim work and documentation, and roofing labor may be performed by independent licensed and insured roofing contractors, professionals, and partners ("Contractor Partners"). In some cases work may be performed by personnel operating under the 615 Roofing brand; in others it is fulfilled by a Contractor Partner. Either way, our goal is the same: a documented, honest assessment and quality work on your roof.
Contractor Partners
Where work is performed by a Contractor Partner, that partner is solely responsible for its own licensing, insurance, workmanship, permits, code compliance, estimates, warranties, and any customer agreements or contracts it enters into with you. Any warranty on materials or labor is provided by the party that performs the work and/or the manufacturer, according to that party's written terms.
We aim to coordinate with reputable, licensed and insured professionals, but 615 Roofing does not itself guarantee the workmanship, warranties, or contractual obligations of an independent Contractor Partner. Your written agreement for any paid work is between you and the party performing that work.
Requests, contact consent, and no purchase required
When you submit a form or chat request, or call and ask us to follow up, you authorize 615 Roofing and/or its roofing partners to contact you about your roof request by phone call, text message (SMS), and email using the contact information you provide, including by automated means where applicable. Message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
No purchase is required. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of any purchase, and requesting an inspection or estimate does not obligate you to buy anything. Inspections and estimates are subject to availability, scheduling, and our service area, and may be limited or unavailable in some circumstances.
How we use and share your information
To fulfill your request, the information you provide (such as your name, contact details, property address, and a description of your roof concern) may be shared with one or more Contractor Partners so they can contact you, schedule an inspection or estimate, and perform requested work. We share this information for the purpose of responding to and fulfilling your request.
We ask our partners to handle your information responsibly and to use it for your roof request. We do not sell your personal information in a way that is prohibited by applicable law. If you would like us to update or delete your information, contact us at the phone number on this site and we will work with you in good faith.
How we may be compensated
615 Roofing may receive referral, marketing, or coordination compensation from Contractor Partners in connection with leads, scheduled appointments, or completed projects, where permitted by law. This does not add a fee to your project for participating in our coordination service, and it does not change our aim of connecting you with quality, licensed and insured roofing work.
